If the booking is cancelled before 18:00, 2 day(s) before check-in it is free of charge, less than 2 day(s) before check-in the charge is the first night stay

HOUSE RULES & NOTICES

Ground rules for guests :

  • Treat your Host’s home like your own
  • Follow the Host’s house rules
  • Communicate promptly with the Host if issues come up
  • CLEANLINESS: Guests should not leave the listing in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning.
  • DAMAGE: Where quests cause damage that is beyond normal wear and tear, we expect quest to inform Hosts of the damage. Guests are expected to pay reasonable requests for reimbursement if they’re responsible for damages.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

These are the terms and conditions that apply when you reserve an apartment via one of our digital channels, website, mobile site, app or booking partners.
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time therefore you are advised to check these at the time of booking.
Additional terms will apply to your use of our digital channels whether or not you make a reservation through them. If you book through Online Travel Agents (OTAs) such Booking.com, Expedia etc, please read their terms & conditions accordingly.

To reserve your room please follow the instructions on the website, mobile site, or app (as applicable)
You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation. Anyone staying at the apartments under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
If you think that there is a mistake in your reservation or if you require any changes to a confirmed reservation, please contact us to discuss.

Havana House adopts dynamic pricing, and the price of our apartments fluctuates based on demand. When you make a reservation request, we will give you the total price for the rooms and the number of nights you have requested. The price you pay is the price quoted to you at the time you make your reservation.

Apartment prices are per night and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate at the time of your reservation. If the rate of VAT changes between the date of your reservation and the date of your stay, we may adjust the rate of VAT but the price you pay will remain the same.

The apartment listings indicates the occupancy for that property. You must not exceed the maximum occupancy for the apartment allocated to you. We reserve the right to conduct checks on occupancy. Occupancy is not transferable.

Your right to cancel

If apartments are booked direct through Havana House please note cancellations made within 48 hours of reservation will occur no charge. Reservations will be charged the full first night if cancelled within 24 hours of booking.

If booked through third party (OTAs) such as Booking.com, Expedia etc refer to the cancellation policies outlined at booking.

Arrival and departure

Apartments are available from 3 pm on the arrival date. Please let us know if you are likely to arrive after 8.30 pm.

Apartments must be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure. Failure to leave your apartment by this time may result in a late check-out charge

Apartment expectations of you (and your group)

You must not:

  • Smoke anywhere inside the apartment premises. This includes the smoking of e-cigarettes.
  • Cause any health and safety hazard to any of our team members or any of our guests;
  • Bring any pets onto the apartment premises, except assistance dogs;
  • Bring any potentially dangerous or hazardous materials or equipment onto the premises
  • Tamper with any fire alarms or emergency equipment or activate any call point unless in an emergency;
  • Utilise the apartment to store items (personal or otherwise) which could in the sole opinion of the management cause damage to the room, or be a risk to the health and safety of staff or property;
  • Prevent the apartment management, housekeeping and/or maintenance staff from access to your room(s) as and when required by the management, with housekeeping permitted full access at least once every two days;
  • Remove, damage or destroy any items from within the apartments.
  • Use any of the technology provided by the hotel to download or access any unlawful or obscene material or cause unreasonable disturbance to our other guests or any of the hotel staff.

If you or your group cause damage or loss of any kind to the apartments, other guests, or their property, you (as the person making the booking) will be responsible for that damage or loss and you shall be liable to pay to the premises on demand the amount required to make good or remedy such damage or loss.

If you or your group cause damage to the apartments, other guests or their property, or otherwise breach any of these terms and conditions, the property manager reserves the right to:

Cancel your reservation with immediate effect and (if appropriate) eject you from the premises;
Restrict access to the premises.
Remove your items from the room, disposing of such items (at no cost and no liability) to a local charity to the extent such items are not collected from us within 7 days of removal.
Retain all sums paid by you and/or charge you the full amount of your reservation; and/or
Refuse future reservations from you and/or refuse you entry or accommodation at any of our apartments.

The manager reserves the right to decline or cancel reservations made and stays in progress, by those who have previously breached these terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to:

Change your room allocation and/or location at any point during your stay for any reason; or
Cancel any booking(s) due to health and safety concerns or full or partial closure of the premises. In the event we have to cancel your booking(s), we will attempt to notify you and a full refund will be processed to the same debit/credit card, though it may take a few days for the funds to reach your account.
